Hotel Goldene Krone

A nice city hotel. A historic, old building right by the Triumphal Arch. Everything was clean. Friendly staff.

Hotel Golden Krone, Innsbruck — Not Recommended We had a very bad experience at Hotel Golden Krone in Innsbruck and would not recommend it. The service was very poor. The rooms were extremely small, and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. There was no electric kettle in the room and no body soap in the bathroom. There was no Hair dryer also.Even after multiple requests, the staff failed to provide them.

The WORST...THE VERY WORST internet of any hotel I've stayed that CLAIMS to have internet. If internet is even modestly important to you, I recommend a different place to stay. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is OK. The location is very good for see the old city, restaurants, and more.

A hotel that serves its purpose, nothing luxurious but clean and functional.

An old, traditional hotel, not luxurious, but cozy and very centrally located, with a public, paid parking lot directly behind the building (€15 for 24 hours). Highly recommended, especially for families with children!
