Les Fiertés Carolos (Charleroi Pride)

Les Fiertés Carolos is Charleroi's Pride day, organised by the city's Maison Arc-en-Ciel with support from the city and the Walloon Region. It replaced the Fête de l'Amour, which ran for five editions until 2024; the first Fiertés Carolos was on 30 August 2025.

It is a one-day, free afternoon: an associations village, workshops and prevention stands, a Pride march through the centre at 3pm on a route adapted for people with reduced mobility, drag shows and DJ sets, then the evening moves to the gay bar Le Boys. The second edition, on Saturday 29 August 2026, moved to the quays of the Sambre under the theme "Au fil de l'eau". The 2027 date hadn't been announced when we checked.
