An Asian grandmother and her granddaughter gave me unforgettable moments at this guesthouse. When they went up the stairs to their apartment, they always took the opportunity to say goodbye with a smile, leaning over the banister. These women ran the hotel. They were very kind and always smiling. The service was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and colorful. There were even books in the rooms. As for the noise from the subway, I wasn't bothered by it at all. It's very well located. I hope the owners are doing well after all this time.

I had stayed at this accommodation years ago and had fond memories. It certainly has many advantages: the location is acceptable, although not central, the metro is right outside; the price is a steal for Brussels; and they even include breakfast, which isn't entirely common in the capital. The bed is decent; perhaps the worst thing is the pillows, but that's a matter of personal preference. It also has some drawbacks, such as the shared bathroom, which is on a different floor, but the worst is definitely the metro, which passes very close and makes a rather annoying noise. However, we were aware of all these disadvantages beforehand, and in my opinion, they don't outweigh the advantages. Besides, the hosts are very friendly and approachable, so I'm "taking a chance" and giving them five stars. ;)

I often stay at this B&B, which is very well located and easily accessible from both the airport and the city center. Impeccably clean, Philippe and Laurent are very kind and helpful, very open and with great tips for exploring the city and its surroundings. It feels right at home!
