Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very good breakfast and very convenient for the airport

I've stayed at this hotel several times and the service has always been excellent. Attentive staff, a warm welcome, and an impeccable experience every time.

Booking was cancelled on arrival by the hotelier. I arrived at this grimy roadside hotel with a confirmed reservation from Booking.com. The owner was on reception and immediately claimed “your reservation was cancelled” I told him this wasn’t the case and showed him my phone screen with the confirmed reservation status on Booking. He then pressed some buttons on his computer and my reservation was cancelled. This man had force cancelled my reservation in front of my face. He then grinned- “booking cancelled your reservation, it’s not my fault” I realised I was dealing with a profoundly dishonest and untrustworthy man. I was left out of pocket and had to pay for a last-minute stay at a nearby hotel. This is a warning for all travellers looking to stay near Charleroi Airport- Steer clear of this place and seek alternative accommodation. If you stay here you will be left high and dry by the smarmy owner.

Parking right in front of the hotel, very friendly welcome, our room #15 was very large and very clean. Comfortable bed, practical bathroom. Night of March 16-17. An excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Small, family-run hotel right next to Charleroi Airport. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed, the pillow could be a bit more comfortable. Very attentive and helpful staff. I recommend it for a night before an early flight from Charleroi Airport.

A 3-star hotel with 5-star hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness. A huge thank you to the owner. We arrived a few hours early, and he greeted us with a smile and gave us a room that was already ready. Many thanks also to his son, who accompanied us to the tram stop and the next day at dawn to the airport free of charge. The hotel has everything you need for a short stay while waiting for a flight; there are no shops or bars nearby. The airport is not within walking distance (it is located in a busy area, like a state highway). A smart TV is available in the room with Netflix, Prime Video, etc. I highly recommend the hotel for those with an early flight and need to stay close to the airport. I repeat, the kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness of the owner make all the difference. Thanks again!!!
