Beautiful location, nice and quiet, friendly staff, both front desk staff and technical service, and that guy at the laundry room is also a star and Dutch. Still 3 stars, this is because I was bothered by ants and because not everything worked properly; the terrace doors couldn't both open, but the air conditioning made up for that. Tip: if you go around Legacy Festival or Graspop, book early.

Overall the experience was satisfactory. There was an life threatening emergency at 2:30 in the morning with our neighbors next door and we called the ambulance and they were unable to access because the gate was closed and were unable to get in with the vehicle. We had to help them with the equipment on foot and guide them to the place in need.

A very pleasant bungalow with everything you need for a great holiday. In June, when I was there, it was very quiet. With access to the beach and pools, but not very crowded! I thought the products in the mini-market were expensive! Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We stayed here with a few girlfriends in a beautiful chalet fully equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning and two toilets (quite handy with so many ladies). Lovely beds, beautiful surroundings, and a wonderful park with swimming water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant/beach club with a beautiful view. We enjoyed it!!

I booked this accommodation during my visit to Graspop and stayed in a Safari Tent 5. The tent was professionally furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities, such as electricity, a coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, plates, cutlery, and a set of pots and pans. For me personally (185 cm tall), the tent felt a bit small, and I missed a wardrobe or other storage space. However, the biggest downside was the shuttle bus. You pay €17 per ride for this, but on one of the days there were problems causing a group of visitors to have to wait while no bus arrived. Additionally, the first shuttle doesn't depart until 12:00, while the festival itself also starts at 12:00. As a result, you inevitably miss the first act of the day. The explanation given by the staff regarding this varied each time, which came across as confusing. Furthermore, I find the accommodation prices to be on the high side compared to other providers. The flexibility guarantee was also disappointing. If you cannot rebook to a cheaper stay, this guarantee feels of little value and even somewhat unfair. All in all, a neat accommodation with good facilities, but the shuttle bus arrangement, pricing, and flexibility guarantee leave room for improvement.
