Worth five stars! Spoiled from start to finish: smooth check-in, characterful room, wonderful yoga session, good shower, blissful bed, and well-prepared breakfast. When B&B owners do something with heart and soul, you can feel it; this is proven here. In terms of location, it is an ideal spot to go to the city center, yet quiet enough thanks to the beguinage. We took a very beautiful walk nearby, explored Turnhout a bit, and because the room was so pleasant to stay in, we took our time to enjoy the extensive breakfast. Keep up the good work, you have made a gem of it!

I stayed two nights with Ella and Walter in their holiday home. I felt welcome from the start! They were very hospitable, gave me a tour, and even showed me the yoga room. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean! The bed is truly wonderful: you sink right into it, and everything feels so comfortable. I slept incredibly well. And, importantly, the coffee is truly delicious! I was in Turnhout for work and was mostly out during the day, but this is clearly a place you'd love to spend more time. It's quiet, warm, and cozy—a wonderful place to unwind. A very pleasant stay, and definitely a place I'd love to return to. Absolutely recommended!!

Wow, wow, wow! We stayed one night in the B&B and the holiday home with a few friends. This gave us the opportunity to inspect all the rooms. What a wonderful stay this is! The rooms are very spacious, truly spacious. They are also cleaned with meticulous care, so I can only praise the hygiene. The beds are comfortable. So, nothing to complain about there either. The location of the B&B is also wonderful. The beguinage has a truly idyllic feel, and the stories Ella and Walter shared with us only reinforce this. It was wonderful to hear them. Then we came to breakfast. There was so much to tell about that as well. Everything was there for us: various types of bread and pastries, fresh juices and other drinks, an abundance of toppings, and fresh fruit salad. Absolutely fantastic. We were also surprised by Ella's yoga session. Pure relaxation. Beautiful space. High-quality materials. Planning a weekend getaway to Turnhout? This B&B is definitely worth it!

Wonderful B&B, perfect for unwinding for a weekend! Beautiful, spacious rooms that were very clean; upon waking, you are served an extensive and well-prepared breakfast. Ella and Walter clearly do this with a lot of love! TIP: Ella can also give fantastic yoga classes to make your night's rest even more blissful!

This place is a little paradise. Beautiful and spacious room, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed, beautiful decor, and hosts who are truly attentive and very kind. Highly recommended.

We've visited many bed and breakfasts, but this time we were truly amazed by our experience at Begijnhof B&B Turnhout. A unique historic atmosphere, a wonderfully warm and friendly welcome, a delicious breakfast, and exploring Turnhout itself was incredibly rewarding thanks to the tips we received. A truly gem of a place to stay. We already know we'll be back!
