Hotel Kendros

The rooms are very spacious and clean, I recommend them.

Unfortunately, my stay was greatly marred by the manager's attitude. There was a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism - communication was arrogant and tense, and questions were answered with irritation instead of a desire to help. I was left with the feeling that guests were more of an annoying obligation than a priority. Such behavior is unacceptable for a person in a management position and does not meet the expectations of hotel service.

Extremely disappointing stay. Hotel Kendros is a perfect example of how a hotel should not be managed. The treatment of guests is beyond reproach, and the manager is the biggest problem with this place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a rude tone, arrogant demeanor, and a complete lack of professionalism. The manager is arrogant, speaks aggressively, and clearly has no respect for customers. Instead of solving problems, she exacerbates them with inappropriate and insulting behavior. Our attempts to get assistance were completely ignored, and normal questions were answered with a raised tone and ridicule. I have not encountered such an attitude even in the cheapest accommodations. The hotel may have a good location, but the poor management and terrible attitude ruin everything. While this manager is there, I would not recommend Hotel Kendros to anyone. An absolutely unpleasant experience and a complete waste of time and money.

I really don’t understand the bad comments! I’m so impressed about everything I’ve got for the price I paid!!
