My wife and I stayed here in spring 2026. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is an easy walk to the old city, but peaceful and quiet. The proprietor is friendly. Perfect for travelers looking to spend a couple days in Split without breaking the budget.

Daniel the owner is a nice guy. This is a family owned business recommended in the Rick Steves guide. The accommodations were clean and the room is decently sized. There were wood floors, making it more hygienic. They do housekeeping every two days but you can request less frequent or more. The room was quiet as it is a bit separate from the main road and far enough from the Old City to not have Old City noise pollution. Sometimes you can hear people walk outside the hall but it is mostly quiet as there only 5 rooms. Umbrellas and slippers were provided. Wifi is good. Value and location are good. Villa Anna is an easy 5 minute walk to the Old City
