Visitors frequently praise the easy self-check-in system and the excellent, well-stocked breakfast. However, a common complaint is that some rooms are quite small and can have low ceilings or sloping surfaces, making them uncomfortable for taller guests.

We stayed with a friend for one night. The gentleman at the reception was great, it is clear that he understands his job. The room was small but cozy, clean everywhere. The breakfast was great, fresh and prosecco was no problem. We will definitely come back when we are in Liberec. Thank you Lenka and Olexander

Not worth a penny. Customer service is nonexistent. The photos don't do it justice. You can find much better options at this price. And the breakfast is poor.

I don't recommend it!!! They take a deposit and then don't give it back after I leave, charging me for things I didn't even touch. No response to complaints. Breakfast is incredibly poor, with no selection. Motel quality, hotel price.

Be careful! The hotel takes a security deposit and then doesn't refund the full amount, instead charging for consumption from the bar. We didn't touch anything, and we were charged—after we left, of course. There was no contact to resolve the matter; they completely ignored us and robbed us. I'll be there in the next few days to pursue my rights.

I absolutely advise avoiding this place. They added some candy bars to our bill that we didn't eat – we raised an objection – but there was no response. We're taking the matter to Visa. This should be food for thought in terms of how they treat customers. The room had a refrigerator that couldn't be opened through the door frame, but the description stated that it had a refrigerator – it's a shame they forgot to mention that the refrigerator was only there to fill the space, as you couldn't use it. The windows were dirty, leaving you unable to see the view, which was already unattractive. The room was small, and the walk to the bed was blocked by a table filled with leaflets so worn out that I was reluctant to touch them. The breakfast was poor: not even a tomato or white cheese. You're left with bread and yellow cheese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and you'd need a car to get to the city center and any attractions. For this price we didn't expect miracles and I would certainly keep these shortcomings to myself, but charging us a long time after check-out for candy bars we didn't eat + the lack of response to our objection disqualifies this facility in every respect.
