Great hotel, excellent location and very helpful staff, they managed to solve everything the way we liked it. Homely atmosphere and friendliness, excellent breakfast.

Beautiful, clean room. Great location, impeccable service. Advantage of parking right next to the hotel, although for 200 CZK (could be cheaper or included in the price of the stay).

1. Rooms?! I really laughed 😂 I stayed for two nights and I have ONE tea and one coffee in the room. With tea, where a bag costs about 1.5 CZK, that's really a bummer. 2. Free toiletries?! There's only liquid soap in the room. There's no shampoo anywhere near the sink and in the bathtub 🤣 no conditioner, no earplugs, nothing anywhere. There's no soap in the shower that can be used on your hair, not at all, but you do have a bathing cap! I called the reception, but the man told me that they recently replaced it with this liquid soap and there's nothing else (btw if you have hair, there's Teta drugstore around the corner, so go there). The rooms were tidy and the cleanliness was okay. 3. I would reconsider the dress code of the gentlemen working at the reception, because a sweatshirt and sweatpants in a 4* hotel are not very good at first glance 3. Breakfast for 250 CZK per night was very good, food was good, great selection, nice lady 😊

A pleasant hotel in a good location right in the center of Liberec. The room was very spacious, the equipment was functional, slightly used, but fine. The staff was nice and worked well. The breakfast was quite good, nothing too luxurious, but enough of everything, tasty and a sufficient selection for everyone. Parking is possible in the yard behind the fence for 200,- per day. The heating was not very controllable, the thermostatic heads on the radiators probably either didn't work or I didn't know how to use them, it was too warm and the temperature control by opening the windows is probably not quite right. I was a little worried that it would be a little noisier at night due to the location right next to the main square, but even though there were Christmas markets with some carousels etc. going on, it was quiet sometime before 8:00 PM and completely dead and deserted before 10:00 PM, even though it was a Saturday night... almost to the point where you could say that "a dog died there"
