Absolutely terrible experience One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. * When I asked about the starters, the waiter immediately started checking the system and arguing that I hadn’t been waiting long enough, instead of simply helping. * At no point did anyone ask whether I was enjoying the food—perhaps for good reason. I was served what appeared to be only half a burrata, and it tasted as if it had been sitting in the fridge for weeks. It was dry, flavorless, and completely unacceptable. * When I complained about the quality of the burrata, the waitress didn’t apologize or offer a replacement. Instead, she picked up the menu and started explaining that it never says the burrata has to be whole—as if serving half of a stale burrata was somehow acceptable. The issue wasn’t just the portion; it was the poor quality and the dismissive attitude. * The service was indifferent throughout, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. I genuinely don’t understand how this restaurant made it into the Michelin Guide. Based on my experience, it certainly doesn’t deserve the recognition.

In the middle of nowhere and in a completely nonassuming building there is a oasis of good food - the best we had in Prague

My experience with this restaurant was very disappointing. I went here to celebrate with my gf to celebrate her birthday, so I didn’t want to ruin my mood, but we were both not satisfied with the experience here. First of all, going to this restaurant was extremely hard, since it was out of the main area. If the experience itself in the restaurant was good, this can be viewed as positive since it’s in a quite area to enjoy the food, but that was not the case. To he fair, paying about 70-80 USD for 4 course meal in where I came from in the California the US is honestly a great deal, but at least I want the food to taste good. The presentation of each dish was nice, but the flavor itself was very under average. Especially the tuna tartar tasted like a big mac just with not fresh tuna. In general, the food tasted very simple and lacked flavors. The service was not bad, but the communication with the server was difficult. Maybe it’s unfair to complain like this since we both don’t speak Czech language so we had to rely on English in a country that doesn’t speak English, but there was just so many miscommunications between us and the server. We honestly came here after finding it on Michelin guide, but I don’t know how this place got Michelin guide or bib gourmand for that many years. The interior design was also way too casual and didn’t suit the general vibe of the course meal dishes. Our table was a bit wobbly and I saw many red plastic tables in the outside seatings. In general, it was an unfortunate visit in our Prague trip.
