Wow, what a place, and where to begin... The restaurant itself is a very pleasant space where the lighting, furniture, decorations and tableware are all noteworthy. The service is 10/10, where needed they explain dishes briefly without turning into a pretentious essay and just when you're thinking "I could do with another drink" someone comes by with a smile asking if you need a drink. But now to the food, insanely good. Absolutely everything I had was full of intense, but not overpowering flavours. Complex, but still distinct flavours. Every single ingredient was cooked to its exact point and every aspect of a dish or side could have been a main character. Temperature, seasoning, texture, sauces, you could see that every aspect had been analysed and nothing was casual. Speaking of temperature, I really apprecaited that the plates had been heated because I HATE eating food at incorrect temperatures and here I wanted to eat slower than usual, savouring every bite of my steak and sides. Even so, up the last bite my food was warm and enjoyable. I was way too ful for dessert, but after being blown away with the food, I knew I had to make space and did not regret it! Apart from the desserts on the menu, they had several extremely interesting flavours of sorbet. I tried one and wish I had tried them all! You can clearly tell that the people behind this project didn't just open a restaurant but are passionate about cooking, original and make painstaking efforts so each dish that leaves their hands wil make an impression. The only negative aspect is that I'm really frustrated that I discovered Härg on my last dinner in Tallinn... If I had discovered it sooner, no doubt I would have come several times. Considering the quality of the space and service, but above all the standard of food, I found it extremely good value. Set in a very nice area of Tallinn, Härg clearly takes a spot in my top 10 restaurants that I've been to and will long to return.

A fantastically atmospheric place! Delicious. Filling. Interesting. Especially for gin lovers. 😁 But the main asset is the staff! The waitress is a gem ❤️ Thank you, Sandra, for a wonderful evening. Stay as sweet as you are ❤️

We loved this restaurant in the center of Tallinn! The food is delicious (we ordered the burger, the dirty steak, the marble steak, and the Iberian pork). The service is excellent, and the restaurant is lovely. 100% recommended!
