It was quite clean, but there was dust. The big problem was that we traveled 5 hours to get there and when we tried to get in we never got the door code. When we called customer service (which was very difficult to find) we noticed that the customer service representative was not interested in helping. He even hung up on us before we got help. When we answered after many dozens of calls, he just said to contact booking. After an hour of calling we finally got a room but clearly there was no contact with booking and other services because forenom had cancelled our reservation even though the room was reserved for us on booking.

Location: on a pedestrian street in the city center. Short walk to everywhere. Easy to get to from the Travel Center. No luggage storage. Dirty common areas. Not suitable for children, really restless area and hostel. Rooms a bit cold, common areas e.g. microwave incredibly dirty. Suitable for short stays.

Practical stay, in the center of the city. Easy check in and out, not particularly clean

Insulation was poor, windows gave away to cold. Heating was poor with only low-power radiators. Air conditioning was horrible with heavily circulating freezing air blowing through and it not even being removed. Room information didn't specify that the showers are shared which was another inconvenient surprise.
