What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Scandic Jyväskylä City for its excellent, plentiful breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. However, a common complaint is that the hotel is spread across multiple buildings, requiring guests to walk between them, sometimes via a tunnel, which can be inconvenient. Some also note that the rooms can feel dated.

Old rooms, decent though, but the batroom commod was stained... also room service did not change the used towels. the location is very good... very near to the train station and city center... breakfast was good, better than Sokos...

A two-part hotel. If you have a room in the second building, you first have to go down to the basement, through a long tunnel, and only then take the elevator to the correct floor. The cleaning staff seems to be half-blind! We found a soiled toilet paper roll in the holder. Everything is opened down to the minute. You can't even get to breakfast a minute early because the elevator is still blocked and the stairs are gated. Absolutely insane!!! Never again in this dump!!!!
