Finnish Labour Museum Werstas

The Finnish Labour Museum Werstas sits in the old Finlayson factory area and is responsible for documenting the history of Finnish gender and sexual minorities nationwide. Visit Tampere says it's the only museum in Finland with an LGBTQ collection. Most of the galleries are about working life and industry, so ask at the desk what's on show from the collection. Entry is always free, and it opens Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 18:00. Check for exceptional hours on the museum's site.
