Manse Pride (Tampere)

Pirkanmaan Pride, or Manse Pride as it's known locally, is Tampere's Pride week and the biggest human-rights event in the Pirkanmaa region. Sinuiksi ry, the regional LGBTIQ+ association, and the City of Tampere organise it. Locals and travel sources consider it Finland's second-largest Pride after Helsinki.

It's a week-long affair in June, with events scattered across the city. You might catch a glimpse of the rainbow Pride tram. The main event is the Saturday parade through the centre, followed by a party in Sorsapuisto park. Most of the programme is in Finnish, but you can still enjoy the parade and park party without speaking the language.

The 2026 edition, the twelfth Manse Pride, took place 8-14 June with the theme Joy and Hope. The parade and park party happened on Saturday, 13 June.
