AVOID! The food at this hotel has unfortunately declined significantly. The quality of the food (stale bread, bad coffee, etc.) and the service (no attention to the customer) are not up to the standard of a hotel of this caliber! It's a shame! Don't waste your time on the terrace!

A 45-minute wait for a drink! Not organized enough

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The service, the attention to detail, the beauty of the place, and its prime location in Le Marais, the area with most of my favorite spots in Paris.

Elegent, well located, spectacular. We lucked into staying here across 3 rooms (which all connected) and it was a spectacular stay. Service was flawless. Breakfast each morning included and the textbook of French luxury. View of the park ain't bad either!

Fantastic lunch on the terrace! The terrace is very peaceful, overlooking the Place des Vosges. The food was delicious (the burger was excellent) and fresh, and the service was quick and professional. A welcome change from the touristy restaurants in the Marais! We'll be back!

Avoid this place because, unfortunately, the quality of the dish served for two people was mediocre, and the waitress's level of customer service left much to be desired. And when you simply point it out, the response is baffling... management should take action and reprimand these employees. For example, we ordered a steak tartare with truffle chips... we received simply sautéed potatoes without truffle... and we pointed this out... and they told us the problem was ours because there was truffle in the dish... well, I won't go into the rest.

Trust the lower reviews which seem to be the only accurate ones! And do not be seduced by the beautiful photos of this hotel. We had problems from start to finish. We booked a junior suite at 2,000 EUR per night. Firstly, the bath had no hot water. Secondly, the beds do not even have duvets, bear in mind it is February. We asked for extra covers and got blankets. We ordered room service and it did not come at all as described. The final straw was when we went down to have breakfast and they said it was not included in our stay. This is despite the fact that on arrival we were told we could have breakfast in our room or the terrace. At the price of this hotel you would expect this to be included. Despite staff being friendly there is clearly no management and they struggled to remedy any of the situations we encountered to a level in which you would expect of a five star establishment.

Quite simply the most heavenly hotel in the world. There is no better in Paris. The duvet is an experience never to be forgotten. Total and utter heaven !!! Mercy Merci !!

A rare find in Paris, on one of its most beautiful squares, Place des Vosges. The hotel is housed in a historic hôtel particulier. Discrete, luxurious and beautifully understated. Very few rooms, it feels like a private residence rather than a hotel. No sense of crowds or noise, excellent service and comfortable beds. If you value calm, exclusivity and luxury, this one is for you.
