Since the renovations, you've ruined the soul of this sauna. The hammam is small, the steam comes out from underneath, burning your calves, and it's constantly running. Your architect must have been drunk. In short, you're losing your customers.
Well coming
Well coming
During a visit to this sauna, when there were very few visitors, I was relaxing in the jacuzzi, and at 7:15 pm, an employee (with a cleft lip) rudely asked me to leave because he was going to turn off the water. However, the establishment advertises closing time as 8:00 pm. Why does service stop at 7:15 pm? Can you imagine a supermarket that closes at 8:00 pm, then closes its checkouts at 7:15 pm and ushers its customers out to clean? And to top it off, I had to endure (along with two other disgruntled customers) further reprimands as we left the changing room from the bartender and the cashier, who were pushing us out while defending this very rude employee. I will never set foot in that establishment again, thank God. Other Parisian saunas are open late into the evening until 10 or 11 pm, sometimes even until midnight, and some are even open all night. Goodbye.
Nice sauna, large and fairly well maintained. The staff is friendly except for the one who thinks he's a diva; he's very unpleasant. And if you go to the bar to drink, relax, or unwind, he'll assault your ears with a voice worthy of the worst singing contestants on Nouvelle Star, singing along to his awful songs.
