I loved the sauna! It has an underground level with a whirlpool, steam room and a sauna. And the upper floors contained dark/private rooms, slings, a cinema and glory holes! ^^
My first observation is somewhat negative: the person working in security needs to be replaced. He's ill-suited, unfriendly, and doesn't know how to talk to people. He's not nice. His job isn't reception or security. After trying out numerous gay venues in Paris—including Sun City, Crash Bar, L'Impact, Sector X, and several VendrediX parties—IDM Sauna remains, for me, the best place to have a good time and meet people. What I particularly appreciate is the diversity of ages and especially the presence of many young adults, particularly on Saturdays during the day, in the evening, and at night. It's become quite rare in Paris to find a place where different generations mingle in a friendly atmosphere. IDM Sauna certainly has beautiful spaces, excellent cleanliness, and numerous facilities. What sets IDM apart is its overall atmosphere, the quality of its relaxation areas, the number of cabins, the flow of movement, the lounges, and the spaces designed to encourage interaction. Cleanliness is paramount, and the lighting is well-designed, both in the corridors and the cabins, creating a pleasant and reassuring ambiance. The prices are also attractive, especially for those under 25, with entry at €10 on Saturdays. The sauna and hammam area isn't the largest in Paris, and some establishments boast more spacious facilities. But for those primarily seeking a vibrant atmosphere, opportunities to meet people, and a clean and well-organized environment, IDM is, in my opinion, a top choice. A suggestion for management: further developing communication and advertising on social media would likely attract even more people and raise awareness of this venue. A more prominent background music and a more carefully curated playlist could also enhance the experience. In summary, IDM Sauna is now my favorite establishment in Paris for having fun, and the one I recommend the most.
Great evening, thank you so much for your kindness, the bartender was fantastic. Perfect, just one small drawback: the lack of toilet paper, condoms, and soap in the showers. Restocking needs to be monitored. Friendly clientele, everything you need to have a good time.
A disastrous experience The establishment is dirty and poorly maintained, with visible hair on the floor. Hygiene is frankly appalling. The staff is unwelcoming, unfriendly, and constantly seems grumpy. At this price, a minimum of professionalism and courtesy would be expected. For €16 entry to the Thursday naturist evening, the service is far from adequate. The atmosphere is depressing, and the whole place gives an impression of neglect. I will never set foot in this place again and I strongly advise against it.
The best sauna in Paris, which I've been going to for years, however, I had a mishap on the evening of Tuesday, June 2nd to Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at closing time: I changed in the changing room, leaving the key on the locker as usual, which I retrieved before leaving, and then the key disappeared and I had to pay 25 euros for the missing key?!?
