Very average hotel with terrible noise due to the ring road right next door. I booked a Deluxe room, I can't imagine what the standard rooms are like! The reception wasn't great. Very poor breakfast for €13. I definitely don't recommend it!

Hotel with parking near Castorama. Very welcoming. Pleasant room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, and a very quiet location. Room service and breakfast available on site.

Fantastic welcome! A pleasant and very professional young man greeted me the evening of my arrival. Breakfast was served on the spot. Regarding the rooms: comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning!

After a long drive from Switzerland, we booked in the middle of the night. Despite my 15 years in the hotel industry, I received a masterclass in hospitality from Abdallah. Smiling and attentive despite the late hour, he managed to make us forget the bad experience we had with another establishment we had booked, only to find it closed. Thank you again to him for his kindness, his welcoming nature, and his smile. You are welcome in Geneva anytime!

Very clean room 👍 Convenient location, but a bit noisy due to traffic. A fridge and coffee maker would be a welcome addition. Overall, a pleasant stay 🙂

I want to clarify that I'm only giving 5/5 for the exceptional service! Julie was incredibly welcoming and professional! Special mention to the hotel staff! However, for a 3-star hotel, the breakfast quality was disappointing. The bread was inedible, yet it wouldn't be difficult to offer decent bread, as the price difference isn't that significant compared to bread made with cheap flour and obviously frozen. I don't think a 3-star hotel typically offers such low-quality ingredients as the Ortega. Furthermore, Julie was kind enough to buy brioche for us, which I don't think is appropriate for an employee! They're lucky to have such wonderful staff! Enjoy your stay nonetheless!

A very warm welcome, a lovely, clean room with a desk and small wardrobe, and comfortable bedding. The hotel is very well located with free parking, a small restaurant right outside, and many more nearby. It's a 10-minute walk to metro line B for exploring Rennes, and there are buses a few meters from the hotel or near the metro station. Excellent value for money and breakfast! Thank you, I will gladly return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
