Chalet hôtel Quartz by Altitude Résidences

The apartment complex is practically perfect! Admittedly, the apartments aren't exactly cheap, but they are very comfortable. Add to that the location right in the heart of Val Claret and in close proximity to the Tufs ski lift. The whole experience is rounded off with perfect service, from booking and assistance with travel arrangements to on-site support. Excellent! Another big plus is the great bakery located right in the complex. We would love to come back!

We were exceptionally pleased with this complex! Very friendly staff who contact you in advance regarding your wishes, a cheerful welcome, and are always ready to assist you during your stay. The apartment is equipped with new appliances and is more than luxurious as far as we are concerned! The only downside is that you cannot control the heating yourself, and for us, it was too warm... The lockers are very extensive and luxurious. In short, a perfect holiday as far as we are concerned!

Perfect location lovely people and very close to Tufs lift that brings you right into either val d’isere or the Tignes ski area. Nice restaurants right at the doorstep. The apartments are brand new with great beds perfect kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommended

Superb apartment hotel! Beautiful standard... very clean, practically brand new. High-quality appliances (nothing was missing). Excellent soundproofing, quiet and in the city center! We had an amazing stay at Chalet Hotel Quartz! We were a group of 12 friends on a ski trip, and the hotel was simply perfect for us. The location is excellent – very close to the lifts and everything you need, which made the whole experience extremely convenient. The hotel facilities are great, with very comfortable and well-equipped apartments, and everything you need after a long day of skiing. The service was outstanding – the staff were always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. We especially want to highlight the flexibility we received with our booking. Due to the situation in Israel, our travel plans changed multiple times, and the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating with the dates. A special thank you to Laura and Margot – such a wonderful team! They helped us with every request, always with a smile and great attitude, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, their help with the logistics of moving to another hotel was above and beyond – they made a potentially complicated situation smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

Very comfortable, modern chalets in perfectly central location. Easy access to lifts, excellent soundproofing, comfy beds, well furnished and with a lovely spa area to top it all off! Highly recommended!
