Toulouse Pride — Les Fiertés de Toulouse
About This Event
The Marche des Fiertés de Toulouse is the main Pride march in south-west France. It began in the mid-1990s, and 2026 was its 31st edition. The organiser is the Pride Toulouse collective, an association set up in 2016 within the local LGBT group Arc En Ciel, and the city council supports it. The march is free.
The day is centred on Place du Capitole. A village of associations is set up there before the march, and an after-party is held there in the evening. The parade has more than 50 floats and leaves the Capitole in mid-afternoon (15:00 in 2026). The reported 2026 route went along Rue d'Alsace-Lorraine, Jeanne-d'Arc, Compans, Les Abattoirs and Saint-Cyprien before coming back over the Pont-Neuf. The march is held on a Saturday in early June, when Toulouse can already be hot, so bring water.
The 2026 march was on Saturday 6 June. Local press put the crowd at about 30,000. Several incidents were reported. A 47-year-old man was arrested in the march on suspicion of sexual assault, and a Red Cross volunteer was hurt by a thrown object. Several minors were also taken into custody after trouble on the Capitole that evening. We couldn't confirm a 2026 theme. The 2025 theme was “30 ans de marche, 30 ans de luttes”. The 2027 date hadn't been announced when we checked.
