Sauna Le 7

Arriving at the sauna on the evening of December 31st, the receptionist—a very overweight older gentleman—was clearly very drunk and aggressive and threatening when I asked why he was refusing my entry when his colleague had told me it was fine. Otherwise, it was full of old people and the atmosphere was very strange. Obviously, avoid this place; KS Sauna is 1000 times better.

Honestly, it was the worst sauna ever, full of old men. Horrible.

Very welcoming staff, they make you feel at ease, and the place is very clean. No complaints whatsoever about this establishment. Safe++

Steeve and his colleague are absolutely charming, they really take care of you! The place is very, very clean and the clientele is lovely. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic afternoon, and we're even going back tonight... thanks Les Thermes! 😁

Super welcoming place

The sauna itself is great, nice atmosphere, fairly clean and pleasant place. Nothing to complain about there. But then, special mention to the waiter who saw fit to play the bartender philosopher. When I simply asked him if there was pork in what I wanted (out of respect for my beliefs), he said, "Given my back tattoo and the location where I was, it was contradictory." Just that. First of all, I don't see the connection, and secondly, I didn't know you had to pass a coherence test to order food. You come here to relax, not to be judged by some frustrated pseudo-intellectual behind the bar. It's a good thing the atmosphere of the place raises the bar, because with remarks like that, it's bordering on ridiculous. P.S.: The waiters are much more welcoming at the KS

Hell… The sauna reeks of sewage everywhere, especially in the shower/toilet area right next to the jacuzzi (great for relaxing…), which is… tiny. The towels are small and quickly run out depending on how busy it is. The rest of the facilities are decent (large hammam, spacious cabins). The major drawback is the clientele of very elderly regulars (no problem there) who are disrespectful. During my few visits, I saw several young people being harassed and chased around the facilities despite their refusals. I even witnessed a young man reporting unacceptable behavior at the bar, but the staff didn't intervene with the person in question, who was clearly a regular. What a shame.

Passing through Toulouse, I discovered this place for the first time. The welcome was very friendly, the place was clean and really gave the impression of being well-maintained. It was a great experience!

I'm sure there must be a place where young people or at least people of different ages go, there only a few elderly people visit.

There were no people, the 4 people who were there were too old

Scam! We arrived around midnight on Saturday night (closing at 2 am). We paid higher prices than those listed on the website (the duo entry). Half an hour later, the hammam turned off, and when we headed to the jacuzzi, the attendant, with his biggest, most unscrupulous smile and no apology, came to tell us we'd arrived at the wrong time because he'd turned off the jacuzzi 10 minutes after we arrived. We felt like we were being kicked out when we saw him folding up the lounge chairs and turning over the bar stools, thus blocking his access as well. At 1 am, we were out! That's very expensive for just one hour!

The welcome wasn't very friendly, and the person at the bar was downright unpleasant. The few people there were quite pretentious; a Toulouse peculiarity, perhaps?! Luckily, there were one or two cool guys... but they weren't from Toulouse. Go check out other cities in Occitanie, or even elsewhere in Europe, where people are much more direct and easygoing!
