Very arrogant service! The toilets are extremely dirty, and beware of pickpockets on the lower floors (basement), I witnessed it myself. Furthermore, the darkroom stinks and isn't clean. I advise against visiting!!! Older people over 45 are usually denied entry anyway (the owner said they don't fit their concept). There are better places in Berlin. Don't waste your time with this place. And to preempt any excuses from the owner, I wasn't alone! I don't want to hear any excuses like in the other reviews; he should take care of his business, not make excuses!

This is probably my first time writing a positive review for a place that rejected me 😂 But actually, I really want to give a big shout-out to the doorman who was working on Friday night. To be honest, because of him, I have a really good impression of Boyberry, even though I didn’t actually get to enter the club. My friend Mersud really likes this club and has said a lot of good things about it. We were drinking at the bar next door on Friday night, and the whole street was giving such a good vibe. Everyone was so friendly and so smiley. So when Mersud insisted on showing me this nice club, I was like, yeah, I’d like to go with him. We didn’t know that the club was only for men. When we tried to enter, the doorman explained it to me with a very friendly smile. Of course, he was just following the club’s policy, and I completely understood. What I really appreciated was that he actually made the effort to come outside again and explain that he was very sorry and that he didn’t want me to feel bad. He really didn’t have to do that, but he still took the time/effort to do it, and I think that was very, very sweet. I also work in the service industry, so I really notice this kind of extra effort, and it means a lot to me. I also think who you hire says a lot about a company. The person at the door is the first impression people have of the place, and I think he represented the club very well. So honestly, although I never entered Boyberry, I still have a really good impression of it because of him.

I went outside to smoke and the security guard told me I didn't buy anything, but I did buy two bottles of beer, he just didn't see it. The security guard was very rude and forced me to buy more beer.

This man who said he was named Jhon (Which I think he lied) a bartender was VERY rude, he grabbed me by the arm and told me to leave the place because I haven’t order a drink, was literally one minute that I was in, he screamed at me, which got me super choked, humiliating in front of everyone, instead of politely telling me to order something! I don’t think anyone is entitled to touch someone and scream at them to order a drink without even asking a single question, i have never experienced such a thing before in any other city, I know Germans are known to be rude but this is super sad of this treatment to who are supporting tourism in their country ! DONT EVER GO THERE, there’s plenty of better place in the same area!
