About the event

Queerberg: 10 Years Together · Solidarity Show & PartyA night by and for queer and trans migrant and refugee artists. No passports. More chosen families.Saturday, 14 November 2026 · Südblock Berlin Doors 20:00 · Show 22:00 · Party afterwards Line-up coming soonTen years of finding our way — and finding each other. Join us for an anniversary night of drag, dance, music, comedy and self-made performances, followed by a party with our chosen family. How Queerberg beganMany of us arrived in Germany as refugees in 2015. We wanted to perform, but getting invited onto stages was difficult: expectations were high and chances were few. So we created our own. We began with underground shows in 2016 and 2017, and started presenting regular Queerberg shows in 2018.The Berg in Queerberg means mountain. For some of us, crossing borders meant losing our way. We climbed to higher ground to look around and see which direction to walk. Queerberg grew from that experience: a place where newcomers could find people, support and a way onto the stage. Our community helped artists make photos and videos, find costumes and create their first performances. Ticket sales helped us do that. This anniversary celebrates more than ten years of shows. It celebrates the new lives we began building after years of hiding our femininity and queerness under family and government pressure — and the freedom to be ourselves together. This night is created and produced by our refugee community. From backstage to the stage, queer and trans migrant and refugee artists and workers are making it happen. Your ticket helps cover the production and pay them for their work.Tickets — choose what you can affordRefugee Community Ticket · from €8 For refugees with low incomes who cannot afford the regular price.Regular Ticket · from €15 The recommended price if you can afford it. You can choose to pay more.Solidarity Ticket · from €30 Supports lower-priced access and helps us pay the queer and trans refugee artists and team creating this night.Supporter Ticket · from €50 Gives additional support to the whole production and the people working on and behind the stage. All tickets include the same entry to the show and party. A portion of the Solidarity and Supporter ticket income will also go to two trans refugee members of our community who are struggling with gender-affirming surgery costs that their health insurance does not cover. We’ll collect optional donations for them at the event too. Their names will stay private unless they choose to share them.Want to volunteer or help make the night happen?
