The three female musicians of the Boulanger Trio are recording all of Ludwig van Beethoven's works for piano trio in the Sendesaal Bremen. They will share this cyclical recording with the audience in four concerts, offering a preview of the Beethoven Year 2027. On the third evening of the series, as in the concerts of the past season, they will fascinate with their almost symbiotic interplay and their deep understanding of Beethoven's music.

As one of the most versatile ensembles of our time, the Boulanger Trio has been at home on concert stages worldwide for 20 years. Passion and joy of playing, their intuitive understanding, and an immense richness of tone colors characterize the trio, which is based in Hamburg and Berlin and still plays with its original lineup.

Die Welt described the ensemble as “irresistible,” and composer Wolfgang Rihm wrote in a letter to the trio: “To be interpreted like this is probably a dream for any composer.”
