The WEIRD DAYS are for everyone who wants culture beyond the usual mainstream. You can get creative yourself. Try drag. Be on stage. Compete in absurd challenges. Meet new people. Or just come, watch, and have a good time. 📍 DACH LOW · Cologne 📅 08/27–30/2026 💚 THURSDAY · 08/27 ✂️ 3:00 PM–4:30 PM · WEIRD DIY Zines, collages, mood boards & more – try things out, craft, glue, and just do it. 🎤 5:00 PM–6:30 PM · POETRY SLAM WORKSHOP Develop texts, write, and experiment with language. For beginners as well as for people who have been writing for a long time. 🏆 from 7:00 PM · QUEER OLYMPICS An Olympiad that will definitely not take place at the Olympics: handbag throwing, blind makeup, and other absurd challenges. Watch or compete yourself – both are possible. 💘 from 9:00 PM · SPEED DATING – WEIRDO EDITION "Every pot has a lid. Or something like that." Speed dating with questions and challenges for people for whom ordinary speed dating is simply too ordinary. 💖 FRIDAY · 08/28 · GAGA DAY THE DRAG EXPERIENCE A full day dedicated to drag – hosted by Gaga Diakovska. 💄 2:00 PM–6:00 PM · DRAG LAB How to do Drag: Makeup, Name, Style, and more. Develop your own drag persona and experiment. We can provide some clothes and makeup on site – but feel free to bring what you already have.
