Delicious food, exceptional spices; I highly recommend the dish with burrata. The service was also very polite, but they didn't need to check in every five minutes to see if we wanted anything else. ;) We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the company removes a lot of reviews that don't suit them. So please don't be misled by the positive reviews. Furthermore, I find the prices simply too high.

We were absolutely thrilled! The food was simply delicious – incredibly tasty and fantastic value for money. The price-performance ratio is just right. The finesse is gone! Another visit to Faktorei left us very surprised. Upon entering, the first question was whether we wanted ice cream to go. The bread served at the table was delicious, the "Ackergold" dish was tasty, but why dill? It didn't go with the dish at all. The crowning glory was the dessert served in an ice cream sundae! Nothing about Faktorei resembles the one we knew. Even the new waitstaff tried their best, but it was no comparison to the old guard.

100% homemade, 0% food waste – a concept we love. Super fair prices for what are probably the most delicious dishes we've had in a long time. 15 euros per dish is more than fair, and yet so incredibly tasty and everything is made from scratch. Nothing here comes from a bottle or can. And the best part is, even the leftovers are used, resulting in less waste. The service is incredibly attentive, catering to every need, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We highly recommend coming here and letting yourself be pampered.

The only thing that keeps us from visiting once or twice a week is this annoying rule of only allowing card payments... - it wasn't advertised anywhere, or at least I didn't see it; I was lucky someone had a card with them.

We had a truly wonderful evening! The food was absolutely delicious, everything fresh and prepared with great care. We especially want to commend the incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended for families with children. Our daughter was far too tired after a long day for the complimentary ice cream, but this thoughtful and warm gesture alone delighted us.

We had a fantastic private party last night at Faktorei 21. The ambiance is unique, the food was top-notch, and the service was absolutely perfect – attentive, warm, and professional.
