Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe

Prime location opposite the zoo. Quiet and comfortable. Parking garage right next to the building. Excellent value for money. Would gladly stay again.

Good location for visiting the zoo or for access to the S-Bahn (suburban train). Service could be improved.

The staff were simply superb!

The staff are very friendly, we felt very comfortable.

Good hotel, online check-in, great breakfast, lovely bath in the room, friendly reception. Hint: make it clear on the website that there is usually ample parking on the hotel grounds and not "on the street".

"A highly recommended hotel in Karlsruhe. The service is excellent – ​​we had a very friendly and chatty contact person who gave us great advice. You really feel valued as a guest here. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and offers a great selection. The only slight drawback is the lack of balconies, but the overall package and the welcoming atmosphere are absolutely convincing. Thank you so much, we'll be back!"

We stayed overnight in Karlsruhe. The hotel is located on a main road, but not directly on it, so it was quite quiet. The room was okay (it could have been a bit bigger), but functional and fine for the price. Water and coffee/tea making facilities were provided. There was also a minibar (empty) and a safe. We received a very friendly welcome with a glass of sparkling wine. In the lobby, there was complimentary water/juice and tea/coffee in the morning.
