The check-in staff and checkout staff were very friendly and courteous. A great add-on was the complimentary infused water and popsicles in the lobby and candy. And the complementary coffee at the front desk in the morning The only issue we had was the shower was made in such a way that it was virtually impossible to not get water on the floor.

Numerous minor flaws in the bathroom, starting with the lighting (too dim), the loose towel racks, the broken tiles, and the malfunctioning toilet flush. Breakfast was passable: on the plus side, there were almost no small, pre-packaged portions (or perhaps none at all?) and a good selection of spreads and toppings. The bread itself was less than impressive: the rolls were dry (even on Saturdays), and the bread wasn't great either. Egg dishes weren't freshly prepared, so only scrambled eggs in a chewing pan and hard-boiled eggs were available. There's a realistic chance of finding free parking.

Quiet, calm and clean. Nice room with air conditioning and bathtub. Good breakfast and not expensive. The only thing I would recommend the people cooking the breakfast food is to make better scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs we had were very, very overcooked.

The staff were excellent, no complaints. I just think the room (501) we had was expensive for the condition it was in.
