B&B HOTEL Mainz-Hbf

As a regular business traveler to Mainz, I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. Due to an urgent and unforeseen emergency, I had to request a change to my reservation for the coming week, shortening my stay by one night. The hotel showed absolutely no flexibility or goodwill. My request was immediately rejected with a standard, blanket denial, without any consideration of my specific situation or my status as a loyal, regular guest. Of course, there are strict booking policies, but true customer service is demonstrated when exceptional circumstances are addressed on a case-by-case basis. This was sadly not the case here. For my future business trips to Mainz, I will therefore have to look for more flexible alternatives.

Unfortunately, the room was very unhygienic and did not meet my expectations. The condition of the room was not as described, which is why I was dissatisfied with my stay.

Two nights with my family. Overall, the hotel was perfectly fine. Cleanliness was good, the service friendly, and the location right next to the main train station excellent. The parking lot and the charging stations there were convenient. The prices are typical for Mainz—not cheap, but still acceptable.

The hotel appears modern and well-maintained from the outside, but unfortunately, the interior doesn't live up to this impression. The rooms are small and clearly showing their age. The condition of our room was very disappointing: the remote control was haphazardly glued together, there was mold in one of the electrical outlets, and the duvet had stains and holes. Overall, the room gave a neglected and in dire need of renovation. The breakfast selection was rather limited, but the quality was acceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor condition of the rooms.

Centrally located, adequate standard, good value for money. Always a good option.

For the price, the room, the service, and the location are perfect!

It was dirty, hair from other people, dirty floor and curtains. The room wasn't refreshed a single day I stayed there
