Acrobatics - Outside Edition

Cartwheel, handstand, bridge, cartwheel, or somersault... Acrobatics is a form of movement between circus, gymnastics, strength sports, and fitness – a mix of balance, strength training, stretching, and fun.On Tuesday, August 25th, Laura & Laura will give a special Outside Edition of their acrobatics course. We will meet at 7 PM in the Lower Luisenpark.Please bring enough water, sportswear, freshly washed feet & hands, and a towel if needed for lying on or wiping sweat.Private event: Participation in the meetings during the summer break in August is at your own risk. The QZM e.V. association assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage. Remember sun protection and plenty of water!
