Excellent management. Great breakfast. Hotel owners always try to cater for even the smallest of requests. Would definitely book again when I come to Frankfurt next time.

We booked the hotel and checked in as usual. When we entered the room, we were shocked: it was extremely dirty, the air was stuffy and unpleasant, and even opening the window didn't help. Staying there under these circumstances was unacceptable. We then found another hotel and cancelled our booking through Booking.com free of charge, in accordance with the terms and conditions. We left immediately. The whole experience was very disappointing and stressful. It's particularly irritating that the owners are now threatening legal action, even though the cancellation was handled correctly and in accordance with the booking terms. We cannot recommend this hotel. Save yourself the trouble.

My close friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel while attending Frank Martini's Party of the Century at the Capitol Theater in Offenbach. We checked in just before 4 p.m., and the staff was friendly. Our room was number 106. The room was really great, especially the bedroom—very clean, and the atmosphere was like something out of the 1920s, just like our Frank Martini party. However, the room wasn't cheap; we paid €139 for just one night. Naturally, you expect everything to work well and for it to be comfortable for sleeping. The problem arose during the night. The heating in the bedroom didn't work at all, nor did the heating in the bathroom. There are two other heaters in the living room, but they aren't hot enough. I called the staff around 2 a.m. because we were feeling very cold in the room. The staff offered me the option of sleeping in another room or on the couch. However, I didn't want to sleep in another room because I wanted to stay in the same room as my close friends. I had no choice but to sleep on the couch. The staff tried to bleed the radiator in the bedroom so the hot water could flow through it, but unfortunately, it didn't work. They said someone would have to look at the heating system tomorrow. I barely slept because the room was too cold. Breakfast was very tasty, and the staff in the dining room were friendly, although they didn't speak German, so they spoke to us in English, but that wasn't a problem. Only the heating in the bedroom and bathroom was very disappointing. We paid €139, so we expected the room to be not only nice but also very comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice.
