Sauna Pirna

After a full day of hiking, I spontaneously decided to go there. The staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars. The fragrant Finnish sauna with automatic water infusion is fantastic. 5 stars. Instead of so many other saunas that often seem to be out of order, I would have preferred a cold plunge pool. 😁 The relaxation room isn't very cozy. Therefore, 4 stars. But it's a good price!

The Finnish sauna is great. The ambiance is just okay. But considering the price and quality, it's perfectly fine and worth a visit. I'm only deducting one star because the cryotherapy chamber and other saunas are usually closed.

Overall, we were unfortunately disappointed. The place advertises several saunas (e.g., a bio sauna, a cold plunge sauna, a Finnish sauna), but only the Finnish sauna was open. Although I had inquired about general information by phone beforehand, this wasn't mentioned. If you want to be transparent and honest with your customers/guests, a little information would be appreciated. At the very least, a note on the website wouldn't take much effort. Furthermore, the only open sauna was far too hot – this wasn't just my opinion; other sauna guests complained about it as well. The only good thing was the price of €10, but I wouldn't go again.
