Great rooms, very quiet....

I wanted to book a room for my parents and had some questions that I would have preferred to clarify personally by phone, as booking online is unfortunately very complicated and you're bombarded with too many rates. I would have preferred to simply book through booking.com, as I'm a fan. Instead of booking directly, I tried contacting them by phone. Unfortunately, after several attempts, I couldn't reach anyone. I just don't understand it. I come from the hotel industry myself, and we were always taught that the phone should ring three times before being answered. It's a shame; I'll just book somewhere else.

Great location, very good value for the money. Would stay again when in Potsdam.
