Elisapart - Apartments am SommerschloB

I chose this place and booked for 20 nights because it’s supposed to have air conditioning. Confirmed over the phone that it would. I arrived today and there’s no air conditioning despite being very warm here in the summer. The air conditioning infrastructure is in place in the room but they tell me it’s not working and they didn’t have a technician come and fix it.

Underground parking is available, but there was no free space upon my arrival, and please note the 2m height restriction... there are no free parking spaces in the surrounding area.

We stayed at the Elisapartment Berlin (room 007) with our two children from May 25th to 29th. The apartment itself was generally fine, however, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. On the very first day, we reported that the dining table was extremely unstable. The tabletop wobbled so much that we spilled drinks several times. We were told that someone would take care of it – however, nothing was done about it during our entire stay. The garden area, which is described as being available for use, was also unfortunately in a very neglected state. This wasn't about gardening or clippings, but rather that buckets had been left lying around for days, the table was dirty, there was trash and a pair of scissors on it, the ashtray hadn't been emptied, and the chairs were scattered haphazardly. As a result, the area didn't feel like a prepared space for guests. However, what disappointed us most was the communication. Although we raised the issues on the very first day, we received neither a solution nor any further feedback during our stay. Unfortunately, our subsequent communication with the managing director felt more dismissive than solution-oriented. It's a shame – because with a little attention, organization, and better communication, many things could have been resolved much more pleasantly.

A lovely and clean apartment complex. Spacious rooms with large balconies overlooking a very quiet, green courtyard. A fully equipped kitchen is provided. The bathroom is modern and spacious. Elisapart is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam and just a short walk from the Havel River. Public transportation, including trams and regional trains, is right outside the door.

We stayed at this accommodation for a few nights. The apartments are very spacious and modernly furnished. Everything you need for smoking is provided. The bathroom could use a few more hooks. And what was annoying was that we couldn't manage to turn off the air conditioning overnight. The noise was driving me crazy at night.
