Reading the review by the owner of the accommodation, Marina, I am truly blown away by the audacity and the attempt to distort reality. I will answer in detail: 1) You mention that on the way back, your father took me to the bus station and that I did not appreciate his gesture. Of course, I clearly appreciated it, and for that I thanked him three times, as he himself can tell you. I have learned to appreciate everything in my life. So, you mention something that is not true! However, this was part of the initial agreement with your mother, the transfer to and from the bus station, it's just that instead of your mother doing it, as she had promised, she sent your father. If you couldn't or had a table, they say that from the beginning and they don't mislead the customer, like you did. Also, you are lying that your mother said she would pick me up from the bus station upon my arrival, IF she could and that I took it in cash. Your mother, the day before my arrival, told me CLEARLY by phone that she would pick me up, since I would not bring a car with me, while the next day she changed it and said that she was supposedly working and could not. So, I did not take anything in cash, you simply did not keep your word. You created false expectations for us to book at your accommodation (me and my friend who ultimately did not manage to come) and then you seemed inconsistent with your word. Because if she had said from the beginning that she might not be able to pick me up, I would have probably booked at another accommodation. This shows a lot about your character and the attempt to deceive on your part. That's why, on the day I left, your mother apologized to me for her inconsistency. If you had done everything right, she wouldn't have apologized. But of course you're failing to mention that here, you're only mentioning what's in your best interest... 2) You're also lying about the money. I didn't try to renegotiate the price as you falsely mention. Initially, you alone gave me a discount of 80 euros and when I told your mother that my friend wouldn't be able to come, she ALONE told me to drop it to 60. I didn't mention any amount, nor did I suggest anything. If you had left it at 80, I would have paid 80. So, you're lying here too. As for the fact that I paid after I had left, I don't understand what's wrong? Didn't you get your money? For God's sake! I didn't make it while I was at the accommodation, because as soon as I got ready, your father came and we left immediately. I tried to pay on the way but I didn't have a signal, as soon as I found a signal, I paid immediately. What happened that you received it an hour later? Did the world break down? As an honest person that I am, as soon as I found a signal I paid you back. And you even asked for and received BLACK money, without issuing me a legal document that I had to present to my accountant, even telling me that I offered you black money!! If possible! What interest did I have in giving black money? In order not to get into a confrontation with you, I was forced to pay you black and unbilled money! Instead of even saying thank you, you attacked me. This is the epitome of audacity and rudeness! So, you and your mother did not show consistency and respect in our initial agreement. You were the ones who were the beneficiaries, since despite the mockery from your mother, I came to your accommodation, and I paid you black money as you asked! No one is more ungrateful than the beneficiary, I agree! This suits you, not me. I return it to you! Since I read other negative comments here - obviously your bad behavior is not limited to me, but will also manifest itself in other customers - I would advise you the following: Instead of attacking us customers who write our fair complaints and leave you our money, it is better to do some self-criticism and become more humble and less cold, rude and abrupt and with more respect for the customer. Do not see the customer as money in your bank account! Personally, from your answer I did not discern a trace of self-criticism, but an amorally cold attitude and this shows a lot about who you are and your character! I'm so sorry...
I booked a room by phone. I paid a deposit a month ago and a day before they cancelled it due to a mistake. Tragic tragic behavior Luckily I got my deposit back.
