Excellent stay. Fantastic rooms, very kind staff. Next to Levidios square, without any noise, everything you need for relaxation. It just needs a little more variety in the breakfast.

Excellent hospitality in a beautiful, spotlessly clean and warm place in the middle of nature, only two hours from Athens! We have no words for the sweetest and most kind Gogo at our reception who made us feel at home!! Everything was really wonderful!!

Our stay was absolutely unpleasant. We felt unwelcome because of our children. The staff was extremely rude to the children and tried to push us out of the lobby in every way. They would pick up things so that the children wouldn't break them, who were just playing with board games, and would look at them askance if they spoke a little louder. We paid 220€ per night, the TV didn't work, they gave us expired soda when we asked, the breakfast wasn't enough for the few people the hotel had, even though they saw that there weren't enough, they didn't refill it but asked in a dismissive tone if we wanted something made for us, they put the cereal that fell on the table back in the container for consumption, the room was cold and humid, the heating didn't even work. They didn't even light the fireplace in the lobby, there was no wood to light the fireplace in the room which they should have provided as we are talking about a suite. Of course there was trash in the closet from previous guests, something other guests have written in previous comments. I hope my comment will be useful to families, so that they can choose another child-friendly hotel. I am sorry for the misleading 4 stars it says it is, as neither the gym was working, nor any amenities that refer to a 4-star hotel.

Our stay was with arrival on Friday 24/10/2025 and departure on Sunday 26/10/2025. I honestly cannot understand how an accommodation with such an image and service can have a rating of 9.6 on Booking.com. Our experience was not a four-star one — and it was certainly not worth the 210€ per night. Yes, the hotel is renovated and the rooms are nicely decorated. However, the lack of basic care and professionalism cancels out any positive impression. Upon entering the room, the weather was cold and the heating had not even been turned on, even though they knew we would be arriving. We had booked a triple room, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and slippers. There was no cutlery, plates or even a third glass, while ironically there was a small saucepan without a hob (!). In the bathroom, not a trace of the expected amenities of a four-star hotel: no toiletries, cotton or cotton buds; only three small shower gels and a few makeup remover wipes. We were offered an “on-the-go breakfast” after hours, which we appreciated as an intention, but in the end what they gave us was stale and hard. The highlight, however, came the evening we returned. The room had not been cleaned properly: The dishes had been washed, but the leftover food had been left in the sink. The towels we had left in the bathtub (according to the instructions for changing) had remained there, soaked and smelling of mold. The beds had not even been made. For a “four-star suite”, having only a small desk bin for all the trash is also unacceptable. We called the reception to complain, we never heard an apology, no one came to check the room and the staff just switched blame between themselves. We had to clean the bathtub ourselves with Dettol — for basic hygiene reasons! The next morning, at 07:00, woke up to screaming children in the next room, with no soundproofing and no reception staff to respond or make a comment. In short, the experience was disappointing on every level. It is unthinkable for a hotel that calls itself “4 stars” to operate with such low standards of cleanliness, organization and service. The 9.6 rating on Booking is completely misleading and does not reflect reality in any way.
