We had a wonderful stay at Casa Antica and would gladly return in the future. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a charming boutique atmosphere that makes it feel special from the moment you arrive. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Mariana at the reception. During our stay, my girlfriend suddenly felt unwell due to low blood pressure after being out in the midday heat. As soon as we arrived at the hotel and explained the situation, Mariana and the team immediately took care of her. They let her lie down on the couch with her legs elevated, brought her water, bread, and some salty snacks to help her recover, and regularly checked on her to make sure she was feeling better. Their kindness, care, and genuine concern meant a lot to us. It is moments like these that show the true quality of a hotel and its staff. Thank you, Mariana, and thank you to the entire Casa Antica team for making our stay so memorable. We felt genuinely cared for and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

We had a lovely time at Casa Antica. The garden is unbelievable with its smell of jasmine. We really liked Louiza, she is the highlight of this place. The room was clean and very well located. I would go back tomorrow morning!

We made a reservation and paid for our trip for the holiday, but the ferry from Fethiye was cancelled due to weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot go to Rhodes, but the hotel is not refunding our payment. Even though the cancellation was due to a reason beyond our control, they are not returning the money.

From the beginning they were helpful in helping us with information about the excursion to Symi that we wanted to do. The room was clean and the cleaning lady was kind as well. The room was small but we knew that when we made the reservation what we didn't know was that the shower was too small and they filled everything with water when you took a bath (as long as we had hot water). The problem occurred on the third day when we informed them that we didn't have hot water. They asked for our understanding, and we certainly showed it because this can happen everywhere, and we simply asked them to try to solve the problem by the evening so that we could at least take a bath when we returned to the room. Unfortunately there was no water either that evening or the next morning. We called them again and they came to the room to confirm that we didn't have hot water. Finally we took a bath so as not to talk about it too much at home the next day when we returned. They asked for payment at check-in, which I find unacceptable. We also rent rooms. Payment is made at check-out and receipts are given to customers with payment (POS, business receipt and climate change tax). Of course, no one was present at our check-out and they didn't even care to find out what time we were leaving the island. We left alone, leaving the key in the room. In conclusion, at best they should have booked us another room, at worst they should have refunded us some amount as minimal compensation for the inconvenience we suffered with the lack of hot water. No, we didn't ask them for either because we knew they wouldn't do it (if you want to do it, you don't expect them to ask you) and we didn't want to spoil our vacation any more. Unfortunately, it was a lack of professionalism for a hotel that says it's three stars and that's why it's only one star.
