The hotel is great after renovation, close to the monuments and very nice service

Service seems to be a priority for the hotel and it is very personal. Delivered by a small team, everyone from the front of house, to housekeeping, restaurant, bar, maintenance and lifeguarding is provided with a helpful smile. We were made to feel like guests throughout our stay. The hotel is very conveniently situated close to an old town gate. Maria at the pool provided us with lots of local advice and suggestions. Boutique hotel in the best location in Rhodes Town. Just five minute walk from Gate d'Amboise to the old town and 10 minutes the other way, up the hill, gets you to the viewpoint for stunning sunsets, and access to the archeological park. This is a quality hotel, deserving of its five star rating and the staff are the happiest, friendliest group of hotel employees we have ever met. Food excellent, facilities excellent. An oasis of luxury hidden away just on the edge of the main attractions.

What an amazing hotel! The staff were amazing and super friendly. Myself and my family stayed here for a week in september for one of out birthdays, they came over to us during breakfast with a beautiful chocolate cake and sang happy birthday. The following day by the pool, the bar staff brought us another cake and they came over singing and dancing happy birthday in greek. What an amazing experience. We had two suites which were both immaculate! The pool was stunning and the life guard was also super friendly! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and i would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rodos Park Suites and Spa. The hotel is elegant, stylish and the team were so welcoming. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, providing a fantastic service. The hotel, pool and grounds are attractive, clean, well maintained, and our room was looked after daily with lovely touches that made our stay feel very special. The food was delicious and the cocktails well made! While in a quieter spot, it is a perfect location to walk 10 - 20 minutes to key places - Old Town, New Town, marinas and the Acropolis and Ancient Stadium to name a few. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Best Hotel in Greece After checking out of the Island Sea Side Hotel due to a dirty room and soiled bedding, we ended up at the Park Hotel. We briefly explained to the receptionist, Ms. Vasiliki, what had happened at the previous hotel, and she let us see a room. We were absolutely thrilled. We booked the hotel and got our preferred room, which we were very happy with throughout our stay. The room is very modern, with a balcony overlooking the pool and an awning. The room was very comfortable with fine bedding and a very good mattress. The bedding is also suitable for allergy sufferers. Our next delight came at our first breakfast on Sunday morning. Freshly made fried eggs, omelets, or scrambled eggs and espresso were available. There was also a huge selection at the breakfast buffet, including cheese, salmon and other fish, and dark bread, which isn't always the case in Greece. Prosecco and freshly squeezed orange juice were also available. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and competent and fulfilled our every wish. Many thanks also to Ms. Anna from the evening room service. We thank the entire team for this wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The hotel's location is very central; you can easily walk to the old town and everywhere else.
