One of the best experiences of my life!

I've been here for over a month and the toilet hasn't been cleaned even once and they left my glasses in the bathroom, rinsed on the sink, I don't think it's hygienic!!!

Reception: They were up to date and helpful, they were able to respond to all our questions/requests appropriately. Room/Housekeeping: The room was beautifully and cleanly waiting for us upon arrival and after daily cleaning! Skybar: During our stay, we had the opportunity to try the Tuesday grill evening, the food and drinks were also to our taste. Restaurant: We had lunch here when we left, the food was delicious and the blonde-haired waitress was also incredibly nice.

If you disregard the breakfast buffet, it's recommendable. But you are paying for it, after all. We stayed two nights, and on both days, there was only one person in charge of the entire area. "We" refers to a bus tour group of 40 people. On the first day, there was no bread left by 8:30 a.m. The scrambled eggs and semolina pudding were gone. Tomatoes, cucumbers, and milk were also gone. Even after repeatedly asking the staff, everything was still empty an hour later. The tables were cleaned of dishes immediately, but this was very unsatisfactory. People who arrived at 9:30 a.m. were turned away with the explanation that breakfast time ends at 10:00 a.m. anyway. The second day was significantly better, but unfortunately, still disastrous for a Hilton hotel. I've never experienced anything like it! My recommendation would be to book only the accommodation. Then have breakfast at one of the many cafes in the pedestrian zone. I can't comment on the bar. The rooftop bar is quite nice. The staff, in general, are very friendly. ... If you are arriving in a larger group, please allow plenty of time, as check-in can take a while. This applies even if you booked four months in advance!

We spent two nights at the hotel with two small children. The hotel is extremely modern and tastefully decorated. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food was extremely delicious. The staff was kind, professional and helpful. From the first moment (at the reception) to the last, we felt that the guest's comfort was the most important thing for them. They met all our requests with a smile. As a family, a huge red point for the brilliantly well-equipped children's corner! We will definitely be back! I recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart!

When booking (a week before arrival) they did not inform us that the skybar would be closed at 05.30. We had booked a room here before and chose the hotel directly because of the skybar. The restaurant and reception were not available on 05.29 the day before booking between 13.00 and 14.00. The service therefore received a low score.
