I experienced careless hospitality, I do not recommend the place. I arrived at the room on a winter evening, and upon arrival the room temperature was 8 °C according to the room thermometer. The central heating did not work, the radiators remained ice cold in all positions. The air conditioner blew cold air when I arrived, and then after I set it to heating mode and turned it to maximum, barely any warm air came out. The room "warmed up" to 14 degrees in 2 hours. So that the air conditioner heated at maximum all night, by morning the room was 19 °C. Amazing! During this time, I tried to reach the owners in every way: I called them several times, sent them messages in writing and on the Booking interface. They did not call back, they did not answer the phone. I walked around the building to see if they were staying there, but no one was present. When I asked Booking customer service to help me reach the owner, they were also unsuccessful: the owner remained unreachable. I asked the owner in writing to compensate for the non-performance of the service, since I rented more than 8°C rooms for more than 20,000 HUF, and they failed to inform me that they could not provide the requested service. They wrote a letter well after I left, informing me that the malfunctioning of the heating system was outside their jurisdiction. I consider it unbecoming of an accommodation provider to deflect responsibility to such an extent, to deceive guests about the malfunctioning of the heating system by failing to inform them. Not a single room was affected by the problem, based on the conversations in the lobby, everyone suffered from the lack of heating. They were not informed either, and they did not receive compensation for the carelessly rented accommodation.

When I arrived at the accommodation it was 8°C (=46 °F). The central heating, the radiator did not work, even though it was fully opened. The host could not be reached by any means. Guests from neighboring rooms gathered in the hallway to warm up, because all the rooms were cold. With their help, it turned out that the air conditioning unit should be used to heat the room, which only blew lukewarm air. I slept in the cold all night, in the morning the air conditioning was able to heat the small room to 14 °C (57 °F). I had a terrible night. In my opinion, this is a negligent and careless host who saves on heating, which is why the central heating did not work and the air conditioning was not properly maintained, which is why it only blew lukewarm air. If both heating methods had broken down at the same time - which seems quite unlikely - then he should have notified the guests. I had a tragic night, I won't stay here again, with this much strength I could have slept under the bridge, I would have been welcomed just as warmly there.

Clean, nice place, in a good location. The room is small but comfortable, the shared kitchen is clean and well equipped.

The train workers and platform staff are very unfriendly and have a total lack of education towards the public.

Convenient self-service check-in. Communication is a bit all over the place but we received all necessary info. Self-service shared kitchen. Quiet street.

When you book, you receive an email stating that online check-in details will be sent to you, along with a phone number for inquiries that is no longer active. Of course, you never receive the check-in codes, there is no reception, and no way to contact the owners. It's a complete scam. Absolute scam.
