A very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel. Wonderfully located at the beginning of the old town, in the pedestrian zone. Highly recommended.
Modern and clean
We had an amazing room best location
Finally a hotel that offers not just a room, but a fully equipped "mini" apartment, at a great price in the heart of the city center. I've been here several times, tried several rooms. Overall, I've always been greeted by cleanliness, the staff is kind and helpful. I would be happy if there were a selection of local producers for breakfast, for example, and if they could also think about those on a gluten-free diet and not only offer lactose-free milk.
Beautiful hotel with excellent location, breakfast very good. I have to take one star down for really poor cleaning during the stay.
I enjoyed a great hotel for 7 nights. The area is nice and there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself only has a breakfast room. But that is managed by an external company. The breakfast wasn't worthy of a star; the fried eggs were lukewarm, the scrambled eggs were not presentable, and there were no boiled eggs. And the rolls and bread were dry. Hotel guests received a buffet. Outsiders who weren't staying at the hotel received everything freshly prepared but paid the same amount. Including freshly squeezed orange juice. So I went to the hotel reception and explained my problem. The manager then told me I could also order from the menu, as she's received several complaints about the buffet. The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked for an omelet, and that was no problem. So, a tip for the breakfast room manager: do something with the suggestions that are written and ask hotel guests in the morning whether they want a fried egg, boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs. That way, you'll also get good reviews. And more variety in bread. Because the hotel can't help it when bad reviews are written about breakfast. They have no say in the matter.
The hotel does not have its own parking lot. It is in a pedestrian zone. Covered parking is a five-minute walk away. For four days, the parking fee is 350 CZK.
