Old Miskolcz Hotel & Restaurant

We didn't stay at the hotel! But we did stay at the apartments! They're great! Very clean and modern! I especially recommend them to motorcyclists! The rooms are on the ground floor, and the parking lot outside the window can be closed to accommodate a motorcycle at any time.

Unfriendly staff, bad breakfast

I've ordered a giant Vienna schnitzel from them several times, and I've always been satisfied with it, but what I got today was beyond criticism. The amount of meat was not even half of what I usually get, and I was left hungry.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the furniture and facilities were of good quality. The only thing missing was a comfortable armchair (single room, but adequate size, could fit in). The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is also excellently located, with the city center just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel and service are quite okay. It's relatively clean, but there are some minor issues: the bathroom lacks lighting, the magnifying mirror doesn't magnify anything, and the breakfast is average, but the service is below average.

I was very excited to find this place where I had an exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted very positively by Csilla at the reception who was very helpful and kind. The next day, Erik helped me solve my room needs. He was also absolutely professional and friendly at the same time. The hotel manager, a lady, went out of her way to make my stay here comfortable. In the restaurant, they serve delicious telemetry where everyone is helpful, I managed to meet Tibor here, but everyone is nice.
