The reviews here seem to be about a different hotel.... The rooms are incredibly noisy, both from the street and from inside. If one person is coughing all night, the whole floor is woken up..... Breakfast is mediocre, the bar closes at 10:30 PM. Only the location is fine. For half the price, I think you can get something much better....

Ideally located for visiting the city. Pleasant and functional hotel, designed for well-being with its spa.

Highly recommended! An excellent hotel where they make you feel right at home. Everything was perfect, but we want to give a special shout-out to Jenifer (López, hehe). Just had a 3 night stay, and yes some parts of the hotel may seem a little dated, but this made up the very friendly and helpful staff and good continental breakfast. The hotels location is ideal for downtown Bergamo, and is only a 15min walk to either the steps or funicular to explore old part of Bergamo! I would stay again

The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. It is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the train station. You can get a train to Milan central from there, it takes around 40 minutes. Shops and restaurants close by and a convenience store next door. The room was clean, we had twin beds, tv, safety deposit box, wardrobe. The shower was over the bath tub. Soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush and sewing kit provided if needed. I would have liked to have had a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, this is something that they could look to provide. The room is cleaned daily with fresh towels and beds made for you. There is a bottle of water in the room, but it is not free, you can purchase for €2. The breakfast is continental, lots of choice and the selection of cakes are amazing. Air conditioning is in the room, if it is not on, you just need to contact reception who will switch this on for you, you need to make sure your window is closed for it to work. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Fab location for exploring Bergamo, near the shops the funicular and all the exploring. The room was good, quite noisy but that's outside and you can't tell a church not to ring it's bells at 10pm when it's done so for 100 years 🤣. Staff were friendly but lost a star because despite being out most of the day Saturday they didn't get round to cleaning the room. Lovely bathroom products but bottles of water are not complimentary

Excellent location, close to the historic center of Lower Bergamo and 15 minutes from the funicular to Upper Bergamo. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room. The hotel has parking spaces available in a courtyard, a well-organized service, which we took advantage of.
