I don't understand the negative reviews. The rooms are spotless. The service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection and was replenished quickly.

I was told the minibar is included but when I opened the fridge is was empty… There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee pods. Internet connection was terrible I will definitely not come again

A wonderful four-night stay! The hotel was very pleasant, well-located, modern, well-laid-out, and decorated. The rooms were spacious, quiet, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Excellent value for money.

Very nice, large, and quiet room. However, there was only one towel for two people, and even after complaining, nothing changed. The receptionists were unfriendly. A simple "hello" was not an option. The parking is a public lot belonging to the hotel; depending on your car, you risk scratching it.

The stay was very comfortable. I have only one comment, that the guest amenities are not checked regularly. Every time I arrive, I have to ask for refilling the shower gel, which at sometime requires me to go to reception to pick it up because there is no one available from room service team.

The room and breakfast were fine, but everything else was equally disappointing. The overall staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. No one seemed to care about anything, from reception to the bar, including breakfast.

Very good location in lower Bergamo.
