Clean and comfortable in the center of Bergamo, paid garage 50 meters from the hotel despite being in front of the train station, very quiet, abundant breakfast with a variety of choices from sweet to savory

A solid hotel for the price. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. The staff are very friendly, and the cleaning staff are motivated enough to put out a fresh roll of toilet paper every day. The only downside is the breakfast, which for €13 doesn't offer much to satisfy German tastes. It's an Italian breakfast (all sweets like croissants and cakes, with coffee, of course) plus some spreads and scrambled eggs. The location is actually 5-star, as you can get everywhere by bus or walk to most places in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I have to deduct points because the main train station right outside is the city's crime hotspot, and an Italian colleague warned me to avoid the streets around it, except for the main road into the city, as it's heavily patrolled. I don't want to say it's Chicago, or that you have to be afraid in the hotel, but having no worries at all would be better.

One night only based on location. Staff - really boring, low energy not interested in giving service to their customer. More - attitude of: Please do not interupt my life . . . Close to airport bus and train station.

🧭Hotel across from Bergamo train station. Parking must be booked in advance, otherwise you'll have to park in some nearby underground parking lot. 🛏️ Rooms with carpeting... oh dear... for me, an allergy sufferer, it wasn't easy. Fortunately, the room was very clean. Very quiet and comfortable. 🥐Breakfast was varied but not abundant. 🏋🏻‍♂️Small gym on the 5th floor, but still well-equipped and useful for a bit of exercise. 👥Professional staff ❌There's no restaurant, but fortunately there are plenty of places in the area.
