Hotel Piazza Bellini

Wonderful hotel! It's an oasis amidst the chaos of the city. Located in an area where the city center is just steps away, with restaurants and bars all around. The rooms are luxurious, the breakfast is superb, and the staff are always eager to please and make things easy. If I return to Naples, it will be to this hotel. 👏🏼👏🏼

A pleasant hotel situated in the historic district of the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was smooth. Our room Was split across two floors with the bed only on the mezzanine floor, the room was clean, spacious and functional. Breakfast was in the courtyard area, continental with a wide choice.’overall we enjoyed our stay here.

There is a cloud of unknown exhaust that flows onto people when eating breakfast in the courtyard. None of the staff knew what it was and they were unwilling to investigate. Please tell Carmen to stop telling guest where they can sit when eating breakfast. Carmen is extremely rude and bossy. The staff that works inside the hotel were nice but do not expect much from the breakfast staff. The breakfast was very basic and they charge extra for fresh squeezed orange juice. The eggs tasted bad and were cold. The cereal tasted generic. Got the impression they used the cheapest ingredients in their food. All of the apples were bruised. The courtyard needed umbrellas or a large covering to block the sun during the day to the outside seating. The location is a 25 minute walk from the port which is a little too far but it is close to the archaeological museum. This is an interesting area with less cruise ship tourists which is nice. The location is in the path of the airport so you will constantly hear the airplane noise. The hotel and courtyard are nice but items in the room were in need of repair. I had to screw on the handle that is needed to make the shower work. The toilet seat was missing the bumpers. The internet was painfully slow and often stopped completely. On our past visits, I did not like the lofts for the separate bedrooms because you need to constantly go up and down stairs and the loft style means the bedroom is not private. The balconies were too small for two people to sit and enjoy. On this visit, we had the room with the rooftop terrace which was good. If you stay, keep your expectations low and you will be fine.

Very good breakfast in a very quiet patio, room for 3 overlooking the street slightly noisy but that's fine for Naples.

We keep coming back because it's always perfect! We upgraded to one of the rooms with a terrace and it was worth it from the view alone!

Hotel Piazza Bellini is ideally located in the historic city center of Naples and close to the Dante metro station . Hotel is quiet and the downstairs courtyard has a peaceful feeling from the often chaotic city . Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily . Lighting is perfect as the large windows bring in natural light . Breakfast is plentiful with many options sweet and savory to choose from including local delicious pastries . Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay . Would definitely stay here again

A very nice hotel, perfectly located in Naples (most tourist attractions are less than a half-hour walk away), with very pleasant staff and a classic but generous breakfast. The lovely inner courtyard is quiet, as are the rooms, provided you're in a room at the back. After being upgraded (without requesting it) to a very nice duplex (with broken air conditioning) during our first stay, we were given the "standard" room we had booked for our second visit. This was disappointing, particularly the bathroom, which was nothing like the photos on the hotel's website and booking sites. While the room itself was adequate (excellent bedding), the bathroom was on par with a two-star hotel: a small, prefabricated shower cubicle (whereas the photos show a walk-in shower), poorly cleaned limescale, and dirty, even moldy, grout. Be careful not to book this type of room, as it's not worth the price, and instead choose a higher-category room. It's a shame, because the hotel deserves better.

A luxury hotel. Great location. Excellent staff and super comfortable and clean rooms. I will definitely return.
