Luxury Bed & Breakfast of Victories

Fantastic central location just around the corner from the busiest “eat street” with soundproof and light controlled rooms meant total quiet when inside yet completely immersed in the liveliest part of town for tourists. Martina who was in touch with me prior to our stay and made herself available to call “whenever” needed was a great host and proactive manager of the property. She helped us make appointments and made excellent recommendations for meals and places to visit. Laundry service and room cleaning were first class.

It's the ideal location if you're visiting Palermo. Very central, the rooms and the entire property are meticulously maintained. The manager, Martina, is the property's true gem; always available and knowledgeable, she's able to offer you the perfect tips for visiting Palermo.

Just steps from the center, nestled on a street now used exclusively for walking, surrounded by countless places to eat, it still manages to guarantee privacy and tranquility. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good soundproofing! For me and my family, Palermo is the city of victories.

Super organized for a last-minute emergency (I had to leave another property). They welcomed us very well, and on short notice. Unlike many makeshift guesthouses, they are professionals. Recommended

Martina was a wonderful host of this *centrally-located* bed and breakfast, with fully equipped modern amenities. She responded quickly to every one of our inquiries (including taxi arrangements). Our room overlooks the vibrant pedestrian street Via Maqueda. Our front window includes direct view to two of Palermo’s iconic street food vendors (Che Palle with its arancine and Cannoli & Co which we took full advantage of) Yet when we close the modern storm window all street noises magically disappear. In the morning, just out our room, we are served a full buffet breakfast on a table with nice back view of a bohemian interior patio (big thanks to the ladies who attended our needs for breakfast!) Wish we could have stayed here a few more nights to enjoy this culturally vibrant city from this centrally located home away from home!!!

Martina was welcoming us even before we check in by sending us messages about the hotel location, where to park etc so that we can have a smooth check in. The hotel has a contracted garage where we can park. You will get an assigned number beforehand. The location is very convenient and our room was on the top floor with a super nice shower! The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. But the best experience was when we really got in trouble after we checked out. When we went to the garage, the rental car key didn’t work! We had the flight to catch and we were in panic. So I called Martina for help. She was on the way to the hotel, but she came to the garage for us immediately. She contacted the garage person and he came to help us also. Finally with the jumper cable our engine started! We were in the garage at least half hour. Without Martina’s kind help we would have missed our flight! We can’t thank her enough for her kind assistance at the probably busiest time in the morning. Her English is great and it’s great to stay at the hotel where there is someone like Martina who we can communicate well and who sincerely care about her guests. I highly recommend this hotel! Again, thank you so so much Martina!

Located in the center of Palermo, this stunning, totally restored B&B is perfection. Our Host, Giuseppe has literally thought of everything to make you feel at home. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, featuring an assortment of authentic Sicilian delicacies. There are endless blocks of restaurants and shops located right outside your door. This is definitely the best place to stay in Palermo!
