Primavera Mini Hotel

Short escalator ride up from the Cupa mini-metro station and in a quiet area of the historic center. Nice room on the top floor with an outside sitting area with great views. Lots of light and a helpful, friendly host. Would definitely stay again.

I was travelling alone, so If you’re a solitary traveler and looking for a hotel in Perugia - this is your best option for sure. I stayed in mid February for a couple of days. Everything was just perfect. The room was clean, maintained daily and packed with everything you’d need - WiFi, smart TV, kettle with various teabags, coffee machine with capsules of different kinds, little fridge with bottles of water, there even was a croissant with jam and butter for a breakfast. All free of charge. The room was a bit cramped yet enough for one person. I believe they have bigger rooms if you’re not alone. The hotel is located in the heart of magnificent historic town Perugia, see photo of the entrance. Everything is within walking distance. If you travel by car - there is a big parking nearby (down the hill by outdoor escalator). The hotel is owned and ran by amazing people and their hospitality is beyond comprehension. When I was arriving a bit late, they waited for me and made sure I got in my room. When I needed to extend my stay for a couple of hours after the normal check out time for a very important meeting - the owner just said “no problem”. This is what you call 10 out of 10 experience. Super central location, comfortable, clean rooms, and meticulously serviced daily. The owners are incredibly helpful. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed one night and had a wonderful time. Chiara and her husband are special hosts, incredibly kind and welcoming. They let us choose from the rooms they had available, and all were spacious, bright, clean, and had views of Perugia's upper town. Sure, there's a bit of a climb (both the narrow street and the building's stairs), which can be a drawback, but they had notified us by email in advance, giving us enough time to cancel if necessary. So we knew what we were getting. Breakfast was available in the room (more than adequate) or with a voucher at a nearby pastry shop. The place is very close to the San Francesco al Prato Auditorium and 10 minutes from the Piazza. Check-out at 12 p.m. and the walk-in shower with directional showerheads are the icing on the cake.

Very comfortable, very clean, welcoming. Small packaged breakfast, kettle, and coffee maker.

I stayed one night at PMH. The location is central and excellent if you're arriving from the train station and visiting the city center. The room is just the right size for one person and very clean. The owners are very kind and extremely helpful (I was able to leave my luggage until 7 PM after checking out without any problems). Highly recommended if you're passing through Perugia. 😊

Welcoming, warm, the owners are helpful and kind. I don't know if I've chosen the right time, but everything about this hotel is charming. It has a lovely atmosphere and is equipped with every comfort. Besides its distinctive decor (which I loved),

I stayed one night. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were even more welcoming, offering advice, maps, and more. It gets a special bonus for its super central location—you can reach the historic center in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend purchasing breakfast separately, which was truly delicious. I couldn't have stayed in a better place.

I really liked the hotel in a historic building. It's close to the city center, has good public transportation, and the staff was wonderful and friendly. Chiara was very attentive and wished me a happy birthday, which was a great pleasure. It was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for three days. Thank you. Best wishes, Victor and Olga.
