About this place The LAIR Electro Party

The LAIR Electro Party is a bi-monthly gay dance event held at Company ROMA in Rome's Piazza Manfredo Fanti. Taking place every other Friday from 11pm until around 4am, this venue caters to wolves, muscled bears, BDSM and fetish enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a high-energy night out with like-minded guests. The atmosphere centers on hard electronic music paired with erotic performances, creating an adult-oriented party environment. The venue includes a dedicated cruising area with a dark room for those interested in more intimate encounters. The overall vibe is unapologetically body-positive and sexually expressive, designed for guests who appreciate fetish culture and kink-friendly spaces. Rome's gay nightlife offers a mix of venues across different neighborhoods, and The LAIR Electro Party fills a specific niche for those seeking a more alternative, underground dance experience. Whether you're visiting the city or local, checking ahead for exact dates is recommended since the event runs bi-monthly. The late-night hours (11pm–4am) align with Rome's typical nightlife schedule, so plan accordingly if you're combining this with other evening activities. This is the kind of venue where comfort with LGBTQ+ spaces and the party's explicit adult themes matters—come ready to have fun in a sex-positive, inclusive environment.

Nice music late, starting at 3:00, but I want to WRITE. The bouncers' behavior in not keeping their cool and pushing a girl onto the fire escape leaves me perplexed. You're working, and I respect that, but you can't lose your cool and start throwing your hands and swearing, especially on the steps outside the club. I entered at midnight and couldn't leave to leave my jacket in the car. The answer was that I would have to buy another ticket. Terrible management. Even with the room half full, there was no air conditioning; only one or two air conditioners seemed to be working. Their response was that some are broken, but there are 18 of them, and even then, I only heard a few of them. Who knows?

A nice place to host events, but the event itself wasn't well-organized. The music was so loud you couldn't hear the singers or the people you were with unless you shouted in each other's ears. Drinks were quite expensive; the cheapest thing was water, starting at €5, which you could also get Coke, etc., and even beer. Drinks also ranged from €7 to €12, and the selection was quite limited. Furthermore, there was no food available for an event that started at 10:00 PM and ended at 5:00 AM, and if you left the venue, you couldn't re-enter. The thing that left me most disheartened was that after being searched properly like everyone else, they took away my p3p370nc1n0 spray (fairly so; no problem), except that upon leaving they lost it and replaced it with another one whose name is unknown. And I warn you that the items they take from you are all piled up in a bag, mixed together without any record of their names. I'll add that the bathrooms were dirty at the beginning of the evening and the bathroom doors were not locked.

Best techno venue in Rome for its nights, atmosphere, and crowd (though it depends on the night). Fridays are for more experienced crowds.
